Using the power of the horse, Triquetra’s team building and leadership programs are designed to improve individual and team performance through increased self and social awareness.

This isn’t a theoretical session in a meeting room with post-it notes.

And it isn’t a pseudo-team building go-kart race.

This is real, raw and can be really revealing.

What we think about leadership…..

Leaders are self-aware.  They are mindful of the invisible forces at play, both within them and within their teams.  They are aware of power and influence.

Leaders know when to be, where to be and what to do when they get there.  They know how to build and influence a team in a healthy and effective way.

And we know everyone can lead.

Power is a tool.  Its impact depends on the intentions, values and motives of those who hold it.

Simply put, power can be used for good or for evil.

To manage power dynamics, you first need to see them.

And who better to sharpen awareness of power than a 500kg horse who speaks a different language?

That’s why we use horses!

Horses are powerful and generous teachers.

Using subtle but clear messages they work cohesively as a team.

Working with them, you will gain greater insight into the messages you are sending through your energy and body language and learn to read and understand the messages that are coming back to you.

Inspired by the honest feedback from our equine team, the Triquetra experience encourages you to think, act and lead a little differently.

Put simply you can’t BS a horse!

You can’t hold them if they don’t agree, but with connection and trust you can dance with a horse at liberty.

What do we do?

Less than an hour North of the Melbourne CBD, we offer designer and bespoke experiences that blend leadership and team building with horsemanship and an opportunity to unleash your inner cowgirl or cowboy!

We focus on three main ingredients essential to working effectively with  horses – presence, connection and trust. We believe these are also pretty good pillars for human relationships – underpinning awesome teams and true leaders.

Our range of experiences include:

‘Hanging with horses’, where you have an opportunity to unplug, get present and connect with our horses.

“Team building” is all about taking your team to the next level.  Build awareness and communication skills, and put your new found powers to the test.

“Dynamic leadership” goes deeper again, focusing on improving leadership skills through experiential learning.  From awareness to action and putting it all to purpose.
