Effective leadership is dynamic.

Gone are the days of the autocratic manager demanding unquestioning compliance and loyalty. If you’re tough enough you can get someone to do things…for a while.

Today’s manager needs to be a collaborative leader, mentor, and visionary with empathy towards the needs of the team, while still achieving the results for the success of the business.

It’s no small task.

Horses aren’t impressed by status, position or possessions, they are impressed by presence, connection and reward this with trust.

They will read you in a second, your body language, your mood, your energy.

Stepping out of your comfort zone requires a range of skills you rarely get the opportunity to practice and strengthen.

This designer experience aims to do just that, take you out of the comfort of the known. It’s a blend of looking at your self and your colleagues differently while at the same time developing connection and trust.

“Dynamic leadership” gives you a different perspective and the opportunity to become more effective.

Dynamic Leadership takes a small group out of its usual setting for guided equine-assisted learning. With Jane and the horses, you can notice how you communicate, influence and build trust, then try a different approach. Jane brings decades of horse experience together with executive leadership, coaching and mentoring. The work is on the ground: no riding or previous horse experience required. Join us at Wallan, at a partner equestrian centre or at a suitable equestrian venue arranged closer to your team elsewhere in Victoria. We tailor the day to your people and make room for a few laughs along the way.

Spring introductory offer: A private, full-day Dynamic Leadership experience at Triquetra Farm for up to six people, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, is $3,500 including GST for bookings confirmed by 31 October 2026. Ask us about other dates, group formats and Victorian venues.

Theory into practice

The day revolves around hands-on experiential learning. We give you the opportunity to flex your leadership muscles in a new and different environment and without the constraints of an “organisational chart”.

Practice under (a little bit of) pressure

Because life isn’t a box of chocolates, we give you the opportunity to see what happens when a little bit of competition is thrown into the mix!

The Equiquest is a series of individual and team challenges that give some insights into what happens under pressure, with jobs to complete and timelines.

It’s all about putting the learnings to purpose.
